Terms and Conditions:

  • Offers are available until close of business stated on offer document/product and otherwise stated by Oral Square Dental Care.
  • Each offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
  • To redeem offer, the patient must mention the offer when booking the appointment or present the offer containing advertisement in person at our dental practice.
  • Each discount/offer can be used once per person.
  • Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer or government scheme.
  • Services will be provided when clinically necessary and appropriate.
  • Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with the patient before being carried out.
  • If the patient has any dental condition that requires treatment before undertaking any offers, this must be disclosed to the Dentist and will be discussed with the patient.
  • Health Fund limits & terms apply for patients with dental cover. Patients are encouraged to check their Health Fund cover prior to making an appointment.
  • Offers subject to appointment availability.

Additional terms and conditions for CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Schedule) : $1095 worth of free child dental:

  • Offer valid for appointments made and attended prior to announced end date of schedule by the Australia department of Health.
  • Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients.
  • Bulkbilled dental items are subject to Medicare requirements.
  • If your child is eligible, the CDBS will cover dental services including examinations, routine cleaning, repairing cracked teeth, fillings and root canals. It does not cover orthodontic treatment (such as braces to straighten crooked teeth), any dental work that needs to be done in hospital, or cosmetic dental procedures (such as replacing missing teeth).
  • Children must be aged between 2-17 years and meet the CDBS requirements.
  • To find out if you or your children are eligible for this scheme, simply call or email us with your MEDICARE Number.

Additional terms and conditions for procedures, services, products, payment plans and options:

  • Finance and payment plan options are subject to their own terms of service
  • Not everyone is suitable for teeth whitening. Whitening will only be provided if patient found to be suitable after examination.
  • Patients may require a full exam, x-rays and clean prior to the commencement of teeth whitening. This will be discussed prior to carrying out teeth whitening and is at an additional cost.
  • Whitening works for most patients – but it is not guaranteed.
  • Patients may require a full exam and clean prior to commencement of orthodontic treatment and is at an additional cost.
  • If patient does not have available health fund rebates (including but not limited to situations such as limit reached, item not covered, waiting period), patient shall be charged to make up the short fall.
  • New patients only. Welcome offer includes: comprehensive dental examination, clean and polish, x-rays (if required) and fluoride treatment. If health fund rebate is less than the capped price of $159 a gap may be payable. Clinical indications may necessitate a referral of the check-up and clean offer inclusions, in which case, the patient may complete the diagnosed treatment at the standard practice fee level. The offer check-up and clean may then continue at a subsequent date when clinical indications are appropriate.
  • Health fund card must be presented at the appointment to claim the health fund rebate promotion.
  • Health fund rebate may be greater than $159. If the health fund rebate is greater than the discounted amount, any excess amount will not be credited or refunded.
  • Health fund rebate only promotion is subject to payment by the health fund and health fund terms and conditions including annual limits and eligibility. The patient will be responsible for payment of $159 if payment is not made by the health fund. Check with your health fund prior to your appointment.
  • Oral Square Dental Care has no control over what your private health insurance pays towards your dental treatment. We can process your health fund card on our HICAPS machine as a complimentary service. When we do this, they will pay any benefits to us directly on your behalf to save you having to claim back the benefits yourself after paying us in full. However, what your health fund pays towards your dental treatment is entirely between you and your health fund. It is your responsibility to contact your health fund regarding their terms and conditions, especially the benefits they provide and limits and restrictions on these. Oral Square Dental Care does not accept responsibility when your health fund does not pay the benefits that you think they should. You are responsible for paying your account whether your health fund contributes to it or not.
  • Oral Square Dental Care has no control over your eligibility for your payment plans (ZipPay, AfterPay, ShopHumm, Denticare, Super Access) or the amount they allow you to use. This is between you and your chosen payment plan company. When you choose to use a payment plan as a method of payment at our practice, you agree to their terms and conditions which are found on their website.

  • When using third party dental schedules and/or schemes such as SACM, travel insurance, DVA and CDBS, we must abide by the individual terms and conditions set out by these schedules and/or schemes. It is your responsibility to contact the third party dental schedules and/or scheme you want to use regarding their terms and conditions, especially the benefits they provide and limits and restrictions on these. Oral Square Dental Care does not accept responsibility when they do not pay the benefits that you think they should. You are responsible for paying your account if they do not pay us on your behalf.
All Electronic communications:

  • All electronic communications (including emails) should be supported by a phone call to the dental practice, especially required when sending or receiving patient records. This is required to limit/stop spam, phishing etc.
